Refund policy

Online Return Policy

We accept Unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Please reach out to confirm your return can be processed.

If an item in your order arrives damaged we are happy to send a replacement free of charge or offer you store credit for the cost of the damaged item.

In Store Purchase Return Policy

Unopened products can be returned for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 10 days of the original purchase date with a VALID RECEIPT.

Deli and dairy are non-refundable (includes, cheese, fish, meat, poultry and milk)

All Sales Items are FINAL

Catering Refund Policy

Online catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For any last minute orders, please call (323) 939-7792 or email craig@mrmarcel.com. If we are able to accommodate in a shorter period of time, we will!

All catering orders will be charged the full amount as soon as all components of the order are confirmed by our team via email or phone, after online order has been received.

Any orders canceled within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund. If canceled between 24-48 hours we will refund 50% of the cost. 

Any orders canceled 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
